Free Delivery
Pavana offers complimentary rapid and secure delivery with DHL within 4-5 working days. Delivery timing is estimated from the time your order is shipped.
Dispatch within 24 hours
Orders are prepared and dispatched the same day when placed by 15.00 and within 24 hours when placed after 15.00.
Free returns within 30 days
You can return or exchange any order within 30 days of receiving it.
Pavana offers two return options: by post or in one of our boutiques, subject to certain conditions.
In-Store appointment
Pavana invites you to arrange an appointment with a Sales Associate for a personal consultation.
