Q: What materials are Mizuchol products made of?
Pavana: All Pavana products are made from 92.5% sterling silver, coated with white gold (there are a few designs that are not white gold plated, but they are all made from high-quality silver sourced from the United States)

For gold-colored items, they are plated with genuine 18K gold and coated with an additional E-Coating layer for durability.
For pink-colored items, they are plated with rose gold and also have an E-Coating layer for added durability.
For black-colored items, they are plated with black rhodium and undergo nano-coating (a second baking process) for enhanced durability.
Q: If I wear silver for a long time, will it change color or tarnish?
Pavana: Naturally, "sterling silver" can darken when exposed to factors like sweat or air. Sometimes, you might notice discoloration from sweat or dirt, but don’t worry! Sterling silver can be easily cleaned to look like new again.
.You can just use the polishing cloth provided by our store or a silver cleaning solution.
Importantly, most Mizuchol jewelry is also coated with white gold, which helps prevent color changes and extends the lifespan of the items.
Q: I'm very sensitive. Can I wear Pavana jewelry?
Pavana: All Pavana products are free from nickel, which can cause irritation. So, you can rest assured about allergic reactions! Many of our customers buy earrings for ear piercings, and they can wear them without any irritation.

Pavana: We ship orders every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. We cut off orders at midnight each day. If you need your items urgently for a birthday gift or anniversary, feel free to let us know! Our team will do their best to ensure you receive your items on the date you need.
We use DHL for shipping. Customers in Bangkok can expect to receive their orders within 1 day, while those in other provinces will receive them within 2-3 days.
